All you need to know about your keys in Saint So' Coliving
🔓 Locked out of your private apartment
Please reach out to the Urban Campus team directly (only call us directly in case of an emergency).
We will find a solution together as quickly as possible to unlock your door.
Bear in mind that outside office hours (from Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 18.30), you will have to call our external emergency provider. It is free of charge when the fault lies with the lock system. If the fault is yours, Urban Campus will add the amount to your next rent invoice.
🛠 Broken lock
If you cannot open it because the lock is not working or broken, we consider it an emergency, have a look here!
🔑 Key lost
Please quickly contact the Support team. We will cancel the lost key so whoever finds it, can’t use it.
We will have to charge you a 45€ replacement fee for the lost key and we will provide you with the new key as soon as possible.
Bear in mind that outside office hours (from Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 18.30), if you lose your key and cannot access your apartment, you will have to call our external emergency provider. You will also have to assume its cost, added on your next rent invoice.
🗝 Mailbox key
Expecting letters? The coliving space is a home and you can use your address to receive letters, make sure to include your full name and apartment number!
When you arrive at the space, you will receive a mailbox key which opens your apartment’s mailbox. Each mailbox is shared with 4 other apartments. Therefore you can organise yourself with the other colivers to pick up the letters and redistribute them. There are letter trays in each corridor for this purpose.
The mailboxes are located on the ground floor, next to the stairs leading to the private areas.
If you haven’t received your key and you need one, please contact the Support team. We will give you in the next few days.
If you lose this key, we will provide you with a new one. However, we will have to charge you a 5€ replacement fee for the lost key.
