👋🏽 For your first arrival! How to get to the residence?
Moving in is easy! Here’s a quick overview of the steps:
- Step 1: You received an email before your arrival, telling you the instructions to follow to access the building and retrieve your Iloq key in the dedicated box. One key to travel everywhere.
- Step 2: Once your Iloq key is in hand, it will allow you to enter buildings, basement, and common areas and open your apartment door.
🔒 Lost key
If you lose your Iloq key, contact the Support team immediately. We will cancel the lost key so that no one else can use it if found. A replacement fee of €45 will be charged for the lost key, and we will provide you with a new one as soon as possible.
Outside of office hours (from Monday to Friday, from 9.30 to 18.30), if you lose your key and cannot access your apartment, you will need to call our external emergency provider. You will also be responsible for the cost of the intervention, which will be added to your next rent invoice.
🔑 Lock issues
If you are unable to open your door because the locking system is not working or is broken, we consider it as an emergency. Contact us, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Please note: these are specific brand locks (Iloq), a conventional locksmith will be able to dismantle the lock system but it will be much longer and more expensive.
