All you need to know about your keys in Colombes - Stade.
🔓 Access to Your Apartment
To access the building at Colombes, you have two options:
- Access Codes: You’ll receive the access codes during the move-in inspection ("état des lieux").
- Iloq Key: You can also use your Iloq key, which has an integrated badge. This key allows you to easily enter your apartment.
đź”’ Lost Key
If you lose your Iloq key, contact the Support team immediately. We’ll deactivate the lost key to prevent anyone else from using it if found. A replacement fee of €45 will be applied, and a new key will be provided as soon as possible.
Outside of office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 18:30): If you lose your key and cannot access your apartment, you will need to call our external emergency provider. The cost of the intervention will be added to your next rent invoice.
🔑 Lock Issues
If you cannot open your door because the lock system isn’t working or is broken, it’s considered an emergency. Contact us, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
📬 Mailboxes
Each resident has their own mailbox at Colombes. Depending on which hall you’re in:
- Hall B1: 21 rue Gisèle Halimi
- Hall B2: 13 rue Gisèle Halimi
- Hall B3: 5 rue Gisèle Halimi
Make sure to include your full name and apartment number on any mail to ensure it reaches you. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a mailbox key that will open your personal mailbox.
If you haven’t received your mailbox key or need a replacement, please contact the Support team, and we’ll provide it within a few days. In case of loss, a new key can be provided for a replacement fee of €5.
