All the information you need, to get a jump start on your new life within the Urban Campus Community and more especially in Casajara Coliving!
Your arrival is right around the corner and we’re getting ready to welcome you here, at Urban Campus Cajasara Coliving, our first coliving in Málaga!
We have prepared this onboarding guide to facilitate your move and help you settle in.
🚀 How to get to the coliving?
Casajara Coliving is in the great Trinidad neighborhood. The address is Calle Casajara 7, Málaga (Google Maps link here).
Tip: 🗺 Download the Google Maps map of Málaga before you arrive, to be able to consult it offline, if you find yourself without wifi upon your arrival in the city.
From the airport (AGP)
- Taxi: This is the fastest option, especially if you arrive at night or have heavy luggage. The journey takes about 20-25 minutes and costs approximately €25-€30, depending on the time of day and traffic. Taxis will drop you off right at our doorstep.
- Bus (Line A - Express): The bus is a convenient and affordable option. The Line A Express (Exprés Aeropuerto) takes you directly to the city center. You can get off at the "Paseo del Parque - Plaza de la Marina" stop, and the coliving is about a 15-minute walk from there. The total journey takes around 45 minutes, including the walk.
- Train (Cercanías C1): Another great option is the local train. From the airport, take the C1 line and get off at the "Centro Alameda" station. The journey is only about 12 minutes, and the station is a 15-20 minute walk from the coliving.

Taxi: A short taxi ride will get you to the coliving in 10-15 minutes. The cost is around €10.

Bus: Multiple bus lines connect the train station to the city center. You can take a bus to a stop near Calle Larios or Plaza de la Merced, and the coliving is a 10-15 minute walk from there.
By car
🏠 How to access the coliving?
Moving in is easy and hassle-free. You'll receive all the instructions by mail to move in just before your start date, but here is a summary of the different steps.
🕦 You’ll be able to access your unit from 11.00 on the start date of your contract.
If you are moving on a working day, we recommend moving in between 11.00 and 18.00, when our Support team is available, just in case you need any help.
If you are moving on a weekend, don't worry: in case of an issue accessing your unit, remember to follow the emergency instructions as outlined in this article of the Urban Campus Guide.
Step 1: 📲 Install Tapkey, the Mobile door opening app on your phone
Follow the simple steps with this link!
Step 2: 🏠 Open the building door
When you arrive at the coliving (Calle Casajara 7), open the building door with the Tapkey app.
Step 3: 🥳 Find your unit!
Use the stairs or the lift to go up. Find your apartment and open the door with the Tapkey app.
Tip: 🗝 You can open the doors of the common areas with the Tapkey app.
Tip 2: 🔌 No more battery or lost smartphone? No worries! ;) You can use the Tapkey app with another smartphone. Use your credentials to connect to the app and you'll have the same access as with your own smartphone. Also, we installed a universal charger station at the entrance of the building. Charge your phone for a little while and you're good to go!

Welcome home! We hope you like it!
On your first day, we will send you a move-in document. Please check the space to make sure you're not missing anything, and then sign the document asap!
Tip: 🔌 Spain operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.

Common areas
Living in a coliving means enjoying its common areas! They are ready to be used by any member of the building.
- Living & kitchen
Perfect place to meet with the community: play, cook, chill, ENJOY! - Projection area
Netflix or football nights? :) - Coworking area
Work with your fellow colivers. You also have 2 phone booths to make calls without bothering the other members. - Fitness area
The gym is just in your building, no excuses ;) - Laundry & WC
- Terrace
A big terrace with a nice view. A good place to chill with everyone and enjoy fresh air and sunny days.
In order to share these common areas and live peacefully and safely in the coliving space, remember that every resident commits to a series of community guidelines when they join the Urban Campus community.
Tip: ↕️ To move around the building, there is one lift.
Security: 🧯 You can find extinguishers in the staircases on every floor.
🏘 Discover the neighborhood!
Time to take a walk around the "barrio". The neighborhood is getting trendy and you can find everything you need:

You can find several supermarkets very close to the coliving.

📝 Where to find my subscription info?
You have access to all your subscription information via your member area, online. Log in with the mail you used for the booking and you'll have instant access to everything you need to handle your subscription: contracts, bills, payment information, etc.

You are joining an amazing community! The other residents are your best allies for this new adventure. Feel free to ask them anything, they will be more than happy to share more tips, good practices, and all you need to know about Málaga and the neighborhood.
