🔁 Updating the payment method?
It’s quick and easy, all you need to do is enter into your member area here and change your payment method.
Please note that updating your payment method doesn't update the payment method that will be used for the deposit refund (more info here).
🔖 Payment receipts/bills
It’s quick and easy, all you need to do is enter into your member area and download your receipts.
🚫 Disputed payment
As stated in the contract, if a direct debit (SEPA) is returned or rejected for any reason not attributable to Urban Campus, Urban Campus shall be entitled to charge the Tenant a surcharge as processing charges of :
- 50€ for the spaces in Spain
- The exact amount billed to us by the bank for the spaces in France
💶 First payment calculation
This amount paid upon your arrival represents your first period in the space. All the period ends on the last day of the month, hence if you enter our space on the 10th of May, you will pay for the period between the 10th and the 31st of May.
All the prices are pro-rated: the rent and the services are calculated based on the number of days you'll pass in the space until the end of the month.
Example:
- My rent is 1000€
- I took an extra-service of 30€
- I arrive on the 10th of May
So, I'll be spending 22 days in the space from the 10th till the 31st included. And there are 31 days in May. I end up with (1000+30)/31*22 = 730.97€. My first payment is 730.97€

💶 Last payment calculation
If your subscription is going until the day X, your last payment will correspond to the period 1st day of the month - day X (included).
All the prices are pro-rated, the rent and the services are calculated based on the number of days you'll pass in the coliving.
Please note that as with any rent contract, payments are done by day. Not by night as a hotel or an Airbnb. That means that you can be in the space during the day X. Your move-out is on day X and you can leave during the day.
Example:
- My rent is 1000€
- I took an extra-service of 30€
- The last day of my subscription is 3rd May
The last period is 1st May - 3rd May included, so the last payment will be: : (1000+30)/31*3 = 99.68€.
