All you need to know about your keys in Le Bourget - Gare.
🔓 Access to your apartment
To access the building at Le Bourget, you have two options:
- Access codes: You will receive the access codes during the move-in inspection ("état des lieux").
- Iloq key: You can also use your Iloq key, which has an integrated badge. This key will allow you to easily enter your apartment.
🔒 Lost key
If you lose your Iloq key, contact the Support team immediately. We will cancel the lost key so that no one else can use it if found. A replacement fee of €45 will be charged for the lost key, and we will provide you with a new one as soon as possible.
Outside of office hours (from Monday to Friday, from 9.30 to 18.30), if you lose your key and cannot access your apartment, you will need to call our external emergency provider. You will also be responsible for the cost of the intervention, which will be added to your next rent invoice.
🔑 Lock issues
If you are unable to open your door because the locking system is not working or is broken, we consider it as an emergency. Contact us, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
📬 Mailboxes
Each resident has their own mailbox at Le Bourget. Depending on which building you are in:
- For building A: The mailboxes are located inside the building at 36 - 36B Avenue Jean Jaurès, 93350 Le Bourget
- For buildings B and C: The mailboxes are located outside the building at 5 Avenue Francis de Pressensé, 93350 Le Bourget
Make sure to include your full name and apartment number to ensure your mail reaches you. Upon arrival, you will receive a mailbox key that will open your personal mailbox.
If you have not received your key or need one, please contact the Support team, and we will provide it within a few days. In case of loss of this key, a new one will be provided, but a replacement fee of 5€ will be applied.
