🔓 Access
Accessing the building
To enter the building, you have two options:

Through the main gate:
- Enter the code we gave you with the move-in instructions to access the gate.
- Then, use the building's entrance door, which can be opened either with your Iloq key or by using the wall keypad code we gave you with the move-in instructions.

From the parking lot:

You can also use your Iloq key, which has an integrated badge for the common area.
🔓 Locked out of your private apartment
Please reach out to the Urban Campus team directly (only call us directly in case of an emergency).
We will find a solution together as quickly as possible to unlock your door.
Bear in mind that outside office hours (from Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 18.30), you will have to call our external emergency provider. It is free of charge when the fault lies with the lock system. If the fault is yours, Urban Campus will add the amount to your next rent invoice.
Please note: Our lock system in the building is fully electronic (Iloq), a normal locksmith will not be able to dismantle the lock system.
🛠 Broken lock
If you cannot open it because the lock is not working or broken, we consider it an emergency, have a look here!
🔑 Key lost
Please quickly contact the Support team. We will cancel the lost key so whoever finds it, can’t use it.
We will have to charge you a 45€ replacement fee for the lost key and we will provide you with the new key as soon as possible.
Bear in mind that outside office hours (from Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 18.30), if you lose your key and cannot access your apartment, you will have to call our external emergency provider. You will also have to assume its cost, added on your next rent invoice.

📬 Mailboxes
The mailbox area is located at the entrance of the ART CHIPEL residence, to the left of our building entrance, the access is with your badge.
This area is reserved for the residents of the six buildings.
Each mailbox is assigned to a resident, and during the move-in inspection, a key is provided to the tenant.
