Incidental capture at community program events

At Urban Campus, we may capture and share images (photographs and/or videos) in which you may appear incidentally or as a secondary subject simply by attending events and activities of the Community Program. These images may be published on our official channels and used to promote Urban Campus Residences. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller, following a prior balancing assessment.

You may object at any time by informing URBAN CAMPUS staff and/or the person coordinating the event and by avoiding posing or positioning yourself in front of the camera. In the event of an objection, we will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing your image or, if it has already been published, to remove it or blur it on channels reasonably under our control.

Image rights in posed sessions

For sessions in which the resident is the main subject, poses deliberately, or for other specific promotional uses, explicit written consent will be required.

Retention and withdrawal

Images will be kept for the duration of the relevant communication campaign and, in any case, for a maximum period of two (2) years from the date they are captured, unless an objection is raised or consent is withdrawn earlier.

Rights and contact

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection at any time.
