Get to know when externals visits are organised in your coliving.
Since 2021, all visits of potential new residents have been done virtually.
Still, some external visits will be organised in your coliving if the building has some: visits of the owners of the building or investors happen regularly.
In Spain, visits are usually planned on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 14.00 to 19.00.
Visits in common areas during these times will not be communicated.
Visits out of these times will be communicated by email as soon as possible.
This doesn’t take into account necessary visits for maintenance which will be coordinated by our maintenance team and will be communicated as soon as we can.
